Free Shipping on orders over $150
Quick delivery: Our aim is to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery time: We aim to deliver your order in 10-15 days. Courier delivery is a flat rate charge of $10 ($15 to Austtalia) but delivery is FREE on orders over $150 ($200 Australia).
You will receive a confirmation email a few moments after completion of the order process and another email when your order is ready to be dispatched, so you know when to expect it. If you need an update in the meantime, please email us for details.
Delivery method: Your order will be delivered to your door via New Zealand Couriers, Courierpost or NZ Post. All courier deliveries must be to a physical address and will require a signature upon arrival. If you request a PO Box delivery then your order will be sent by tracked parcel post, but please allow an extra few days for delivery.
Please note: For Australian deliveries please note that there is a $15 shipping fee. This is automatically added on at the checkout. Please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery to Australia.
